MeLeah Robinson was born in Toledo, Ohio...at an early age she moved to sunny California with her family. MeLeah is the founder and director of From the Heart Performing Arts Center. She has worked in TV development and Reality TV for 15 years. In 2002 she decided to start a performing arts program for inner city schools and churches across Southern California, she felt that the performing arts were missing in the schools and communities so she took a leap of faith and walked away from the tvland and created “From the Heart Performing Arts” MeLeah believed that every child should be able to experience the arts. She wanted to give Underserved children the opportunity to engage musically and artistically through From the Heart Performing Arts while reinforcing the need to stay in school and focus on their education and their future. MeLeah began her career as a Production Assistant for Duboise Entertainment for “Laughing out Loud” with host Miguel Nunez. A few months later she became the Associate Producer for “My Black is Beautiful” for B.E.T networks with host Tasha Smith and Kim Coles. She was also the field producer for the Oxygen network tv show “Bridezilla” and the field producer TV show “Face Off Season 2”. She was the associate producer for second season of “Sunday Best” with host Kirk Franklin for B.E.T. networks and the reality show “Strive” for LifeTime networks. She has also worked as an associate producer for “Divorce Court”, “Paternity Court” and “Judge Alex”. She was Talent Producer for the 2008 and 2009 “B.E.T awards” and “Evening with the Starts” with host Patti Labell. MeLeah has worked side by side with Dr. Phil for two seasons of the Dr.Phil show.
MeLeah is not only known for her work behind the cameras, she has been in front of the cameras as well. Some of credits are Music Videos, Commercials and many stage plays. She wrote and directed the hit stage play “Save Us” which From the Heart Performing Arts received an award for their great works in the City of Covina, California, Because of her talent and the passion for the arts has helped her excel in her career and allowing her to help others reach their dreams and goals.

Carmen currently, is the Assistant Director for From the Heart Performing Arts Center and Lead Dance Supervisor for FTHPAC. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College of California in Liberal Arts. Carmen has extensive experience as a Program Supervisor and Assistant Dance Director for various Fine Arts programs, Charter and LAUSD schools as well as, producing, production managing, production coordinating, and stage managing for various independent films, music videos, musicals, dance concerts and musical artists.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, at an early age, Carmen started her career as a dancer on a full scholarship at the USC Performing Arts Annex as a Modern major. She is one of the first graduating class of LACHSA; The Los Angeles County High School of Arts. She was also a principal modern dancer of the Lehman Company for ten years. Carmen has traveled nationally and internationally to Japan, Thailand, Germany, Europe and Africa. Along with mainstream choreographers of the early ninety's and millennium, Carmen helped set the stage for many of the mainstream dance shows today; test tube babies for "So You Think You Can Dance", "America's Best Dance Crew", "You Got Served", "Stomp the Yard", "Step UP 1,2, and 3".
